Customer Service & Social Media Assistant - Part Time

We're currently looking for the next new member to join our growing team here at Lulu & M, Broughty Ferry.

If you have a keen eye for fashion, are creative and enjoy working to a high standard, you may be the person for us! 


  • Part time, customer facing role based on 16 hours per week which must include 4 hours on a Saturday and 4 hours on a Sunday during opening hours
  • Deliver excellent customer service and have the drive to deliver against Company sales targets
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns, including through the use of social media apps, to help drive the business forward 
  • Manage daily social media posts and respond to customer queries showing a proactive sales approach 
  • Provide support with processing online orders
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team 
  • General shop floor duties including maintaining shop floor standards ie. in cleanliness / replenishment / display / merchandising 
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours including providing holiday cover


  • Understands the importance of, and works hard in, delivering excellent customer service 
  • Consistently delivers a high standard in communication, both in written and verbal settings
  • Has a keen eye for fashion and a creative flair 
  • Has good knowledge of graphic design software apps such as Canva, in order to create effective social media and customer communication content
  • Friendly and upbeat with a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn and work well within a friendly, fast paced team environment 
  • Has good computer literacy skills 
  • Experienced in working within retail customer service & sales and with using social media platforms, both of which are essential
